Christopher Braig and his family are excited to be new residents of Burbank. He is committed to individualized instruction where students don't simply learn to play an instrument "they become musicians".
Christopher is welcoming new in-person saxophone, jazz improvisation, and composition students in Burbank, Glendale, Universal City, and adjacent communities. He currently teaches students in Washington D.C., New York, and Beijing China via Zoom.
His students have won major scholarships to the Berklee College of Music, the Juilliard School of Music, The Frost School of Music, and the Curtis Institute.
Christopher is available for clinics, workshops, and school concerts. He has taught more than six thousand private lessons and has fifteen years of experience teaching at the K-12 and college levels.

Christopher attended the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of music from 1985 to 1987 and from 1991 to 1992. He is a graduate of the United States Navy School of Music and served three years in the 113th United States Army Band. In 2010 he was one of thirteen saxophonists selected for the David Liebman International Saxophone Masterclass.
